The brickwork, architectural detail and the spiral staircase said to be built from a ship's mast are picked out. The gardens are small but described as peaceful, and the cafe is well liked, with the festive afternoon tea and a wreath-making session both praised. Parking is described as easy at weekends on surrounding streets but restricted on weekdays, with a couple of blue badge spaces, ramp access and a lift to the upper floors.
